Part-time Job Opening

Executive Operations Coordinator

Part-Time | ~10 Hours/Week | Remote | Opportunity to Expand

This is a front-row seat to meaningful work that is growing quickly. We’re inviting you to come alongside Tyler Hill in supporting his mission to help people heal, overcome obstacles, and reconnect with God, their body, and beloved true selves. The work is rooted in creativity and hospitality aimed at contributing to the healing of the world. We’re looking for the right person to step into this Executive Operations Coordinator role to help support that mission.

Your role is to bring structure, clarity, and consistent follow-through behind the scenes so this work can grow in a healthy, sustainable way. This is a creative, spiritual, fast-moving environment with a lot of ideas, movement, and momentum. It’s a fit for someone who genuinely enjoys bringing order to creative potential—someone who can take what’s fluid and make it function, helping turn ideas into reality, keep things organized, and ensure nothing important gets lost.

In this role, you’re helping create the conditions for deeply meaningful work to happen—supporting healing experiences, the writing of impactful books, the creation of films, podcasts, art, and ongoing one-on-one coaching and spiritual direction. You’ll also help maintain Tyler’s calendar in a way that protects not just work, but life—making space for family, rest, and adventure. Health, rhythm, and sustainability are priorities for the entire team, including you.

Tyler depends heavily on the accuracy of his calendar—knowing exactly where he needs to be, when, and with whom is non-negotiable. You’ll also help build systems as things evolve. New projects require new structures, and the ability to think clearly, create simple systems, and adapt is essential.

This is not a narrow or rigid space. Tyler works with people from a wide range of backgrounds, beliefs, and perspectives. It requires someone who is open, grounded, and non-judgmental across spiritual, political, and economic spectrums. You don’t need to believe the same things, but you do need to respect the space and the people in it.

If you feel a pull toward meaningful work, growth, and being part of something that brings real healing and beauty into the world, this might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
